HEI Research Project

RM were considering a partnership with a company marketing Student Record Systems for the HE market in the US. The Market Research was carried out so as to;

• assess the state of the UK market with regards to Student Record Systems (SRS) and Learning Systems
• identify the decision-making criteria, the decision-making process and the key decision makers

The project involved designing questionnaires, completing 20 questionnaires (30 – 45 minutes each) over the phone, transcribing questionnaires, and analysis, detailed documentation and presentation of results.

RM Leasing Research Project

RM’s objective was to identify a joint strategy around 2/3 major issues which would increase lease penetration in Primary and Secondary schools.

PHaros undertook a research campaign to identify what RM needed to do to change customer perception to leasing, to maximise business opportunity.

The project involved desk- and telephone research, analysis of the results and production of a detailed report, including recommendations as to how to increase the penetration of leasing.
